Quality

ISO Qualification is one of the factors that drive AMI to continually strive to maintain its
level of excellence. ISO trained auditors enable AMI to achieve continual improvement.

All testing, destructive and non-destructive, are done in house.

  • Our quality system complies with MIL-I-45208
  • Calibration systems per ANSI/NCSL Z540, MIL-STD-45662, ASTME4.

Testing Capabilities include: Tensile, Double Shear, Rockwell,
Stress Durability, Stress Rupture, and Tension Fatigue.

The proper equipment allows AMI to perform Tension Fatigue
tests on specimens from a #10 Screw up to 1-1/2 inch in diameter
with a 260KSI UTS.

  • Metallurgist on site to perform tests as required per Procurement Specification and/or contract. Product traceability from raw materials to finished product.

  • Lot Integrity.

  • Destructive and non-destructive testing are performed as required by Procurement Specification and/or per contract.

  • Fasteners are subject to in-process inspection to ensure compliance throughout the manufacturing stages. 
Special Processes:
